- Having trouble using at work?
If your company uses a proxy, backupgallery.exe may have trouble getting to the internet. We are working on a fix. In the meantime, try downloading from home (or anywhere that doesn't use a proxy).
- Having trouble downloading more than a couple hundred albums at once?
Try backing up in batches of 50 or 100.
- If the network drops ...
or something goes wrong while you are backing up, don't start all over!
- Check your My Photos/Backup Gallery directory for albums that have been backed up.
- For example, on my pc, albums I backup on 5/12 can be found here:
- C:\Documents and Settings\bob\My Documents\My Pictures\BackupGallery\bobster@hotmail.com\2009_5_10
- Remember to replace the text in red with your specific info (Windows Login name, Email Address).
- It tells me I need a newer .Net version.
